A technical inventory or "finding statement" is a contradictory written statement of the condition of a real estate, usually before the start of construction or renovation work. In particular, the inventory contains a detailed list, possibly accompanied by photos, of the damage (cracks, use and moisture damage) to a property.
Determining the condition of hard-to-reach places such as roofs and elevated facades can be done by means of a drone flight can be captured in great detail with different photos or a video. After viewing and analyzing the images, a tailor-made report can be drawn up.
At our office, we perform measurements to determine volumes or to record stocks. For this, high-end measuring equipment such as drones, photogrammetry and total station measurements are used. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the terrain or surface will be accurately measured. After performing any periodic stock measurements, a corresponding deformation analysis can be made to your size, in which the volume and stock differences are determined.
Orthomosaic
Creating an Orthomosaic is a good way to map a large area quickly and efficiently. In other words, an Orthophoto is an aerial photograph that has been geometrically corrected with a uniform scale. This means that real distances can be measured on the 2D Orthomosaic. With a high accuracy of about 1 cm per pixel, this is much more accurate than satellite images, for example.
A drone flights can have an additional function to complete 3D scanning of buildings where accessibility is difficult (e.g. high facades and roofs). Furthermore, it can be the ideal solution to map large areas and create a digital terrain model, as well as for volume calculations in different phases of the preliminary earthwork. The flights are done with very stable drones and the technology is photogrammetry, which also achieves high accuracy. This type of survey is relatively
